Site Planning
Site planning sub module get the distribution of the land planning of the site super built up area and total number of the flats along with their costs and details related to the site, which is under constructions / which is to be constructed. It include contractors, suppliers list their rates etc.

Multiple site creation enable the user to create multiple site thus maintaining the site wise accounting, site wise contractor, site wise suppliers , site wise sale of flats and site wise payments. Multiple Site Creation is the main module of the Builders IT software; it contains four sub modules including land acquisition, planning for the site, forecasting of the site, and estimated construction cost of the building for the proposed land.
